The deadline<\/strong> to apply to study abroad on the academic year 2022\/2023 is 1st of March 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n 1.\u00a0<\/strong>Begin by choosing a university you wish to apply for. Please choose three different universities for your application (students do not need to contact partner universities yourself, the communication between partner universities is only done by our Erasmus+ Coordinator).<\/p>\n 2.\u00a0When going abroad to study, you must consider the following requirements:<\/p>\n If you are a bachelor student:<\/p>\n If you are a master student:<\/p>\n 3. Fill in an\u00a0exchange application\u00a0here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Be ready to attach\u00a0<\/strong>a\u00a0Letter of Motivation (one A4) in English\u00a0<\/strong>and your\u00a0English language test certificate<\/strong>\u00a0(specified below). Letter of Motivation is for EBS not for receiving institution.\u00a0 NB! If you have any\u00a0 trouble\u00a0with uploading a file to the application, please email\u00a0kati.kirsipuu@ebs.ee<\/a>. You will be notified about the decision within three weeks from the deadline. The decision is based on the grade point averages and your letter of motivation. The higher your average grade, the more likely you are to get to the desired university. Since the number of vacancies for each university is limited, students\u00b4 other choices regarding universities are also considered.<\/p>\n If would wish to apply to one university for autumn semester and to another university for spring semester, please submit two separate applications.<\/p>\n With your application please also send in your\u00a0English language test certificate<\/strong>:<\/p>\n 4.\u00a0Familiarise yourself with the requirements of admission in the partner university. Initial information on the requirements is available on the homepage of the partner university. If the student\u2019s application is accepted<\/strong>, the student completes the forms of the respective university and chooses the subjects by\u00a0filling in the\u00a0Learning Agreement<\/strong>\u00a0before leaving to go study abroad.\u00a0The subjects must be confirmed by your EBS study consultant for the respective study programme and later also by the foreign university. Student must pass a minimum of 15 ECTS each exchange semester.<\/p>\n NB! Universities\u2019 admission requirements vary greatly. In addition to the application, universities may also require a transcript of records, a note proving your language skills, study plan, health insurance, a financial guarantee bill etc. Along with admission documents, you will also receive information on other documentation which is required by the country (visa, residence permit, health insurance). Please keep to the deadline for handing in the documents \u2013 the deadlines may vary greatly depending on the educational system of the country. If you hand the documents in later, your application may be turned down.<\/p>\n NB! Partner universities outside the EU may have different application deadlines! (For example, if you wish to go on exchange to Monash University in Australia, application deadline is in\u00a0<\/b>September). \nFor example, several partner universities have higher language requirements, they accept only common English proficiency tests like IELTS and TOEFL. In this case, EBS language certificate will not be sufficient.<\/p>\n
