A psychologist can help you get a better understanding of your own thoughts, feelings, desires and fears. When your\u00a0problem has been identified, the psychologist can help to set realistic goals and start finding solutions. Thus, psychological counseling is not about giving advice and ready solutions, but about a process of cooperation and exploration in which you play an important and active part.<\/p>\n
From autumn 2021 EBS has a cooperation with three partner psychologists, who are ready to help you with increasing your mental wellbeing if necessary. Our goal is to offer you professional help if needed and as quickly as possible. EBS\u00a0provides free and confidential individual consultations with our partner psychologists for our currently enrolled students and staff.<\/p>\n This\u00a0service is intended to provide free short-term (1-3 sessions) counselling, therapy,\u00a0and\u00a0psychiatric support to help you manage a range of personal,\u00a0emotional\u00a0and psychological concerns.
