Every EBS student gets a personal EBS user account when admitted. The accounts username is normally in the format of firstname.lastname@ebs.ee.
EBS user account enables students’ access to many important services at EBS:
- MyEBS self-service portal – https://my.ebs.ee/en
- EBS Student Intranet – https://students.ebs.ee
- Canvas LMS virtual learning platform – https://canvas.ebs.ee
- EBS e-mail – http://mail.ebs.ee/
- Access to computers in quiet working area (room 234)

If you have forgotten your password
Please contact our IT support via e-mail it@ebs.ee or turn to the room 223A or 223.
All EBS students have an EBS e-mail address identical with your EBS user account (firstname.lastname@ebs.ee).
You can read your EBS e-mail online at https://mail.ebs.ee or with an e-mail client (Outlook/Thunderbolt/Mail.app).
Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
All EBS students can use online versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or download them) by logging into EBS Student Intranet.
Virtual learning @ EBS
Estonian Business School provides all our students and staff access to world-class virtual learning platform Canvas LMS at https://canvas.ebs.ee. You can log into Canvas LMS with your EBS user account (firstname.surname@ebs.ee). Support on solving issues with Canvas LMS is provided by EBS IT support at it@ebs.ee or in room 223A or 223.
Validity of EBS user account
EBS user account and e-mail address are usable and accessible until graduation. In case of dismissal from the university the account will be closed immediately.
